| Ampthill Acoustic Club | This was a friendly club run by Mike Gibson and a small team of volunteers. After re-opening after a summer break which saw trips to the USA, a new member being safely delivered and such horrors as the pub being shut it closed again. This continues a tradition of live music clubs in Ampthill opening then closing. Indeed The White Hart was apparently one of the venues for the previous folk club. |

This sites existence was prompted by requirements for publicity within a small group of local Acoustic Music venues around Bedfordshire, England.
The site is currently being run on donations of finance and effort and is intended to blossom into an informative, helpful, non-profit venture.
